The RoRo Port of Hula-Hula is located at the channel dividing the island of Olutanga from the mainland of Zamboanga Peninsula in the Municipality of Talusan, Zamboanga Sibuguey Province.
It is the receiving platform linking the RoRo port of Guicam which is on the other end (Alicia) to Olutanga Island. It is connected by a feeder gravel rough surface road about 1.5 kilometers within Barangay Mabuhay of Talusan town.
ENTRANCE CHANNEL
The RoRo Port of Hula-Hula is likewise accessible passing through the Sibuguey Bay towards the entrance channel of Cataliza Strait.
ACHORAGE
There is no anchorage area designated at the port.

The RoRo Port of Guicam has the following port facilities:
A RoRo ramp approximately 3m x 12m with 8m width paved approach towards the ramp
7m x 25m paved causeway with 2m x 2m guard house
Controlling water depth of the RoRo port alongside the RoRo ramp is 3 - 5m
